Drug targeting using MTCs. MTCs are composite of elemental iron and activated carbon with anticancer drug adsorbed
onto it. MTCs are delivered intra-arterially via a catheter to the desired site by
externally applied magnetic field. The magnetic field aids in particle localization
and retention at targeted site by extravasation of the particles into the surrounding
